the pension is listed in the decree, we can determine if you may be entitled to
a pension benefit from your former

surviving spouse of someone that was collecting a pension and that pension
payment stopped with the death of your spouse? §

surviving spouse of a common law marriage, and pension payment stopped since
the death of the spouse? §
