The Mid-America Pension Rights Project, Ohio Office assists Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Tennessee residents of any age with pension issues.  We also help individuals who worked in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania or Tennessee or worked for a company whose headquarters are there.  Typical pension questions and problems that we handle are:

• Providing basic advice about pension laws and pension rights
• Providing information on survivor benefits, defined benefit plans and rights of divorced persons
• Resolving pension problems
• Providing referrals to experienced pension attorneys as needed
• Finding lost pensions
   

The Mid-America Pension Rights Project, Ohio Office
The Mid-America Pension Rights Project, Ohio Office is a part of Pro Seniors' Legal Hotline, which is a program of Pro Seniors, Inc., a private, non-profit organization based in Cincinnati, Ohio.  It is funded in part by the U.S. Agency on Aging.  Pro Seniors is dedicated to helping older Ohioans maintain their independence by empowering them, by protecting their interests, and by helping them access resources.
