SUMMARY:Ombudsman Volunteer Training
DESCRIPTION:Ombudsman Volunteers are an essential part of our service to older adults and others who rely on a nursing home for their care and reaching out to their families\, and the broader community. Certified Ombudsman Volunteers with Pro Seniors are typically assigned to one or more nursing homes that are conveniently located for the Volunteer.
