A Legal Helpline for Ohio seniors to speak with an attorney free of charge. For seniors living in Southwest Ohio (Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, & Warren counties), our attorneys can assist.

Our ombudsman staff and volunteers speak up for the rights of people in nursing homes and other long-term care. They help protect your rights and can connect people to needed services or agencies.

Using a team of volunteers, Ohio SMP teaches Ohioans how to avoid Medicare fraud, scams and identity theft. We provide safety, security, protection, and peace of mind.
