- a nursing home or assisted living, please call the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman at 1-800-282-1206.
- locating your pension from a company headquartered now or in the past, call 1-866-783-5021.
- reporting suspected Medicare fraud, call 1-877-808-2468.
